Today marks the start of a new week and the beginning of a new era for myself, the launch of my blog! So to kick things off I thought I would start with a little motivational quote, not just for myself but for you guys too, (hopefully).
I came across this quote and thought It was perfect for my current situation, creating my own blog was always something I thought of doing but never really pushed myself toward, for the simple fact I was always so nervous of how other people saw me, which by the way is not the way to be. If you want something in life, be it a good job, a fancy car or taking swimming lessons, you have to work hard to achieve it! If you want to learn how to swim but your afraid of drowning tell yourself how much you want it, tell yourself that it's okay to be scared but keep in mind that it will be worth it in the end.
I guess the point I'm 'trying' to make is that even if it means coming out of you're comfort zone and without doubt making a few mistakes along the way, you are never going to achieve you're goals by sitting back and dreaming about them.
which leads me to this blog, I always wanted a little place where i could share my views on beauty products, make lists of things i wish to buy and just simply write about exciting or not so exciting things in my life, just somewhere i could share whatever i liked really. I know how it feels to be too afraid to put yourself out there and do something you've been longing to do because this blog is exactly that!
My advice to you is, if you want something...GO GET IT! chase you're dreams no matter how big or small they may be. Today is Monday, take this day as a fresh start, do things that make you uncomfortable but you know will make a big difference ether for yourself or for someone else.
